Tartufi is a band everyone here at Marmoset HQ really digs and it's an honor to have them on our roster. Their sound is youthful and unrestricted. And that's the way we like it. They'll be in town this weekend for two shows: Friday night at a house show, and Saturday night at Kelly's Olympian. Be sure to catch them before they jump town! Here's a track from their upcoming record: Mourning's Wake by Tartufi
+ RSVP at the bottom of the page. Summertime in the Great Pacific Northwest is finally here and that means it's music festival season in PDX. Marmoset Music is hosting an all-day, all-night romp at Rontoms in Portland on Sunday, September 11th on the final day of MusicFest NW.
While you should certainly buy a wristband and take-in as much of the "official" MusicFest NW as you can, our party is 100% free and no festival wristband is required. We'll be serving up smooth and refreshing Rainier beer all day for a buck, along with happy hour food and prices all day. We'll also have a grill going on the back deck for some delicious fresh handmade tacos too.
We've got two stages, one indoor and one outside, featuring live performances by:
Tu Fawning - 10:00pm Dolorean - 9:00pm Hey Marsailles - 8:00pm Willy Vlautin of Richmond Fontaine - 7:00pm Pickwick - 6:30pm Black Whales - 6:00pm Pancake Breakfast - 5:30pm Quiet Life - 5:00pm Wesley Jensen and the Wildcats - 4:30pm Greenhorse - 4:00pm Light For Fire - 3:30pm Pocketknife - 3:00pm Great Wilderness - 2:30pm Tartufi - 2:00pm

So maybe you've heard... We're throwing a party at Rontoms on Sunday, September 11th from 2pm-midnight. It's an unofficial, non-affiliated MusicFest NW Party... which essentially means it's free to the public and you don't need a wristband to get in. We've got two stages, dollar beers and happy hour food prices all day, fresh grilled tacos on the back patio, and all kinds of other goodness. Oh, and we've got some of the best West Coast bands and artists on the planet. Check back here next week for more info, but for now, here's the basics:
