Levi's has a new series of web spots featuring young, up-and-coming, fashion-savvy bloggers. And what better than to accompany these hip women with some young, up-and-coming bands courtesy of Marmoset. This spot features Drexler's "Ball Point Pen" and Sunbeam's "Love, Love, Love". And if anyone at Levi's is reading this... I'M BLOGGING THIS WHILE WEARING SOME FRESH 508s, MAYBE YOU SHOULD DO A FEATURE ON ME. Ha.
Team Marmoset's favorite one-man project, Boy Eats Drum Machine, was recently featured in a Neiman Marcus behind-the-scenes vignette. Boy's "Silverskate Gateway" provides spontaneity and good vibes for a behind-the-scenes peek of the Neiman Marcus Art of Fashion print campaign for Spring 2012. Maybe I'm just a sucker for a good saxophone line, but "Silverskate Gateway" can invoke Marmoset HQ into complete dance hall mode. We get wild. Susan Sarandon and her daughter Eva Amurri Martino star in Neiman Marcus' The Art of Fashion campaign. The campaign, photographed by Mark Abrahams, includes 14 portraits in premier designer fashion including looks by Burberry Prorsum, Carolina Herrera, Chanel, Donna Karan, Etro, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, J. Mendel, Lanvin, Oscar de la Renta, Prada, Tom Ford, Valentino and Vera Wang. The campaign appears in March magazines including the March edition of the Neiman Marcus publication, The Book.
