This full-time opportunity requires someone who has introductory-to-moderate experience with general HR duties and responsibilities ideally working with a company size of 20 or greater. Experience as a studio or office manager or in a business affairs support role is preferred. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, a master of details and is open to learning new systems and policies. We need someone who’s demonstrated flexibility and hasn't yet developed too many rules or rigidness in their approach. Essentially, we’d like you to begin with us as a student one who will first listen, study, and learn then quickly grow into the role of a critical thinker who is constantly looking for ways to improve systems and processes.
