There's a lot of power in subtlety, especially when it comes to proving an emotional point. We pay respect to the profound tracks that convey so much with so little energy in Ambient Passages.
In our recent interview with Filmmaker, Clayton Worfolk, he showed us the compelling work in his New York Times film "San Quentin's Giants." We learned about his process of going inside the walls of a notorious prison and capturing honest and human portraits of the inmates and how they find peace in the most unlikely of places. The soundtrack within Worfolk's film balanced out the gritty imagery with an atmospheric vibe, creating a lot of power to the story and narration.
Inspired by Clayton's work, we present you with 13 tracks that lay a lush bedding of texture that are perfect for moments of reflection and VO storytelling.
